I came across this leaf in the middle of a path when I was out for a walk today – and just had to take a picture of it. As I was engrossed in getting the focus right, I almost got run over by three mountain bikes in succession. That is my excitement for the day, and I’m happy!

It had just rained, and everything was so fresh – with amazing colours. After this leaf, I got carried away taking many more (x 38!) pictures – I’ll post just a few of them later in week. I really love walking this time of year – always have done.
